ETRA Eventi d'Arte opens the doors of new venues and invites you to fashion shows, official launches and openings, the most famous and most worth attending events in the city (fashion weeks, Salone Internazionale del Mobile...).

Milan establishes itself as one of the world's four fashion capitals. During the "International Fashion Week", all the world spotlights of the fashion world are focused on Milan where trends are created and debute. The “Quadrilatero della moda” (quadrilateral of fashion) is a high-class shopping district in the centre of Milan, where world famous fashion designers display their extraordinary creations.

Walking through the Fashion Quarter is a unique opportunity to experience the magic atmosphere of Milan: near the elegant ateliers of the most important brands and the charming perfumeries, there are a lot of cultural sites, historic and prestigious buildings, such as the Poldi Pezzoli and Bagatti Valsecchi Museums, Palazzo Morando, once mansion of a noble family today hosting the Fashion Museum, or the Grand Hotel et de Milan, which was attended in the past by famous personality like the Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi.

Milan is known not only for fashion but also for design. This duo is further strengthened by the Milan Furniture Fair, which represents, with its Fuorisalone, the most important event in the world for design addicted people. Design objects are artworks, to which the city has dedicated a museum, the Triennale Design Museum. Milan is full of unusual places and historic houses designed by the great masters of the past, but it’s also full of skyscrapers and luxurious buildings. The new residential quarter, the prestigious business center and green areas of Porta Nuova, is part of the ambitious urban project, started from Garibaldi, Isola and Varesine, that deeply changed the skyline of the city in view of Expo 2015.
